About Me

I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. It took me a while to figure out my true calling, but at 30, I decided to make a bold change. I left my construction job to enroll in the Information Technology program at Alaska Vocational Technical Center (AVTEC), where I built a strong foundation for my career in networking and wireless technologies.

After graduating, I landed an entry-level desktop support position at the very hospital where I was born—and, years later, where my son was born too. Over the next decade, I grew professionally, advancing from desktop support to LAN engineering and ultimately to wireless engineering, where I work today. Along the way, I pursued every opportunity to learn and grow, earning multiple certifications with a focus on wireless network design and analysis. This dedication culminated in achieving my goal, Certified Wireless Network Expert (CWNE) #553. I couldn’t have done this without all the love and support from my family, thank you all <3
